Go to Zara.com, log in to My Account, and select Orders and Returns. Choose the order that you would like to send back, and either have a refund or an exchange.  Once you are a guest, you can also initiate the return with the returns link in your order confirmation email.

Step 3: Select Your Return Method

Upon making the request, Zara will allow you to select your preference for returning the item. Depending on your location and type of order, you can choose a home return, drop-off return, or in-store return. Zara then gives precise guidelines on the method chosen.

Step 4: Pack Your Return Package

Package the item in its original packaging. Make sure that it is unutilized and all the labels are attached. Provide receipt or proof of purchase where necessary. Secure packaging is significant since the package is under your custody until it gets to Zara.

Step 5: Attach the Return Label

Zara offers a return label after the request has been accepted. Use the printed label transparently and clearly on the sealed package, as per the instructions. The label also indicates how the parcel would be collected or dropped.

Step 6: Deliver the Parcel or Visit the Store

In the case of home returns, the courier picks up the parcel as requested. In the case of drop-off returns, drop off the package at the chosen drop-off point before the deadline. When going back to the store, bring the product with you and your Zara QR code or receipt. In case you are not able to send it back, another person can do it on your behalf.

Zara provides free returns and exchanges when customers make use of the official returns options of Zara. Zara has the right to decline any returns that are received after the deadline and returns that are received in a different condition than the one in which they were received.

  • Fragrances should be untouched and in their original packaging.
  • Returned items that have no tags or indications of use can be rejected.
  • Returns and exchanges are not allowed in special collections like 50 CREATORS.

Zara Refunds

After Zara receives your return and verifies the product, the refund is returned in the same payment method as at checkout. In the case of in-store purchases, refunds are provided based on the original method of payment used, or an alternative can be given in case the original means is not available.

In the case of online returns, Zara typically takes up to 72 hours to issue the refunds once the parcel has been received. The refund can be approved, and a confirmation email is sent. Depending on your bank, it can also take up to 14 working days before the refunded amount appears in your account.
