1. Log in to Your Zappos Account

Click on My Account and then on Order History, where you will see a list of your orders. Select the one you wish to return.

2. Select the Item to Return

Select the item and mark the box that is beside the product, and then press Return Checked Items.

3. Choose a Return Reason

Choose a reason why you are returning the item and select the way you want to receive the return label (print or email).

4. Submit Your Return Request

5. Pack Your Items Securely

Put the products in a box with the original packages. Do not add labels or stickers directly to shoe boxes.

6. Attach the Return Label

Affix the UPS label on the shipping box.

7. Drop off at a UPS Distribution Center

Do not use UPS drop boxes because they can slow down the scanning and refunding.

Note: In case you lack a printer, you may send an email request to Zappos customer care, and they will send you a return label.

Zappos Returns Policy 

Zappos return policy is created to offer customers flexibility and still allow returned products to be resold. Afterpay orders can be refunded within 20 days, and Zappos gift cards can be refunded within 24 hours. In case of not receiving a refund for goods within 45 days from Zappos, the retailer has the right to refund the money and get the original payment method.
